B.J.M.C B.A. (Journalism and Mass Communication) General Test Passed 10+2 or equivalent qualification in any stream, from a recognized educational Board, with a minimum aggregate score of 50% marks in aggregate from a Govt. recognized Board. A relaxation of 5% marks, from 50% to 45%, or an equivalent relaxation of grade, may be allowed for those belonging to SC/ST/OBC (non-creamy layer)/Differently-abled/EWS and other categories of candidates as per the decision of the Commission from time to time.

BA Honours in Mass Communication & Video Production General Test Passed the Class XII examination in the stream concerned from any recognized Board in India or any other examination considered equivalent by the University.
UNIVERSITY: THE ENGLISH AND FOREIGN LANGUAGES UNIVERSITY
B.A. (Hons./Research) B.A. (Hons./Research) Journalism and Mass Communication English Test and General Test Pass in the Intermediate/10+2 examination or its equivalent, with 50% marks for general/OBC candidates, and 45% marks for SC/ST/Differently-abled category candidates, with English as one of the subjects
OR
Pursuing the qualifying programme mentioned above (provided the candidate will have passed the examination by the time of the admission and has scored the minimum eligibility marks as mentioned above)
Remarks:
1. Section A: Language Test: ENGLISH LANGUAGE TEST IS COMPULSORY for all the candidates who apply for UG programmes at the English and Foreign Languages University.
2. Please note that the MEDIUM of Entrance Test SHOULD be ENGLISH.
3. All the programmes listed from Sl.No.2 to 14 above are offered at Hyderabad campus.
4. B.A. (Hons./Research) Journalism and Mass Communication listed at Sl.No.1 above is offered only at Shillong Campus.
5. B.A. (Hons./Research) English listed at Sl.No.2 above is offered at three campuses : Hyderabad, Shillong and Lucknow.

B.A. (Hons.) B.A. (Hons.) Multi-Media and Mass Communication Any one from Section I + Mass Media+ Section III Candidates must appear in CUET in the following subject combination:
Any one Language from List A + Mass Media/Mass Communication + SECTION III of CUET (General Test)
Merit will be based on the CUET scores obtained from the above-mentioned combination of subjects.
