The foundation stone of Success Mantra was laid by Mrs K. Punam, along with Mr. B S Shanti, in 2008. It was a courageous and tough decision by Mrs. Punam to leave her well paying job and start off her journey as an entrepreneur. It has been no looking back since then. Right from the first day, both our founding directors wanted to create a mark in the coaching industry, and today when they look back, they feel they have been able to do so. Year after year, the institute has been delivering toppers and phenomenal results across the segments. However, this success has not deterred Success Mantra to compromise with the quality of its deliverables. Instead the institute has been striving hard to maintain the quality without any compromises.

The efforts started bearing fruit when we were awarded as the “Best coaching institute by a number of Agencies.”

Our faculty pool consists of a team of highly dedicated dynamic professionals. The faculty and management ensure that a congenial environment is provided to all the students. The classrooms are dynamic, interactive and discussion oriented. There are regular career-counseling and stress management sessions for our students conducted by the industry experts.

As we have successfully established our grounds in Delhi, we are planning to expand our footsteps into different cities and using the franchisee model. This would help us to expand the Success Mantra family while working towards our mission and vision.

MEET THE PROMOTER

Mrs. K. Punam

Success Mantra is the brainchild of Mrs. K. Punam. With a lustrous career spanning over a time period of ten years, she is one of the strongest pillars of SUCCESS MANTRA. It is her constant dedication and hard work that has helped Success Mantra to escalate the ladder of Success in a short span of time.

She is an Arts Graduate and completed her Masters in Management from Gitam Institute of International Business, Visakhapatnam. After working for six months in the education industry, she realized her potential and dared to venture into entrepreneurship.

At that point of time, it was a daring decision to halt her successful corporate career and venture into entrepreneurship. But as they say, the greatest leaders are those who make the best decisions in the most crucial of situations. She founded Success Mantra in Delhi in 2010 with a sum of Rs 55,000. Her efforts bore fruit and Success Mantra slowly and steadily gained popularity.

She is a visionary and has been the main driving force in the journey of Success mantra. Her brilliance in Reasoning and General Awareness is unmatched. She often pens down her thoughts on different issues pertaining to careers of students. These articles have been published in “Dainik Jagaran” & “Career360”. She is an ardent reader and loves to read non-fiction novels and books. She loves mother nature and finds bliss in travelling to places where she can bond with the nature in peace.

She is instrumental in strategy formulation and implementation at Success Mantra. Interaction & Guidance to Students & their parents have always been her passion. While looking into the Finance, HR and Sales management, she wants to live her dream of taking Success mantra to new heights.

Mr. B S Shanti (BSS)

Mr. BS Shanti is a Science graduate and did his Chemistry (Hons.). Following his graduation, he completed his Management in Finance & Marketing (Dual Specialization) from Asia-Pacific Institute of Management, Delhi. Subsequently, he worked for almost two years in the capacity of a Relationship manager with ICICI Group.

It is his unparalleled vision and dedication of over thirteen years that has helped Success Mantra establish its grounds as a leading institute in the industry. His extensive experience in education industry came in handy to Success Mantra and helped the institute build a rock solid foundation.

He has been recognized in the field of Test Preparation industry as an exemplary teacher of Mathematics. He has more than thirteen years of experience in teaching and mentoring students. He believes in bringing innovations in pedagogy, thus introduced technology enabled learning at Success Mantra, which is now an inevitable part of entrance preparation and examination.

Mr. Shanti has multiple roles in the working and functioning of Success mantra, which can be broadly categorised into Business Development & Academics. He plays an active role in faculty development, the R&D and overall operations.

With his insightful nature, he constantly strives to work for the growth and betterment of the institute.
