Many of these campuses are fully residential and have recreational facilities which include swimming pools, amphitheaters & Health Care centres.

Candidates aspiring to join B.A LL. B(Hons) /B.B.A LL.B (Hons) /B.A LL.B. /B.B.A LL.B offered by institutes of Symbiosis International (Deemed University) have to appear for the common, mandatory Computer Based Test (CBT). Since 2018, SET - Law test is known as Symbiosis Law Admission Test (SLAT). This is conducted in Computer Based Test (CBT) mode across various cities of India.

A candidate needs to register for SLAT 2023 & also register for the institutes offering his/ her choice of programmes by paying separate programmes registration fees. If shortlisted, he/she would then need to attend the further admission process conducted by each of these institutes individually.

 SLAT 2023: Eligibility Criteria

Passed Standard XII (10+2) or equivalent examination from any recognized Board with a minimum of 45% marks or equivalent grade (40% marks or equivalent grade for Scheduled Caste / Scheduled Tribes)

Category-wise cut off for Merit List and Wait List will be displayed on the website of the respective institutes. Wait list movement will depend upon the vacant seats available. Please note that all admissions are provisional and will be confirmed on payment of fees on or before the due date and subject to fulfilment of eligibility conditions of the respective programme(s) and in accordance with the rules of the Symbiosis International (Deemed University)

Follow these steps below to apply for SLAT 2023.

Step 1: Go to the official website of SIU at set-test.org

Step 2: On the homepage, Click the ‘Apply Now’ button.

Step 3: Click on the registration form on the screen.

Step 4: Enter all of the necessary information very carefully.\

Step 5: Upload all of the required in the SLAT 2023 application form.

Step 6: Pay the application fee for the SLAT 2023 application form.

Step 7: After Filling up all the fields, submit the application form.

Step 8: Download and take a print of your SLAT 2023 Application form for future

Payment of SLAT Registration 2023 fees using online payment mode only. [Important Note: Candidates are advised to print the receipt for future reference. After

successful payment, students shall take the printout of the online SLAT 2023 Application Form. Keep a copy of your application no., SLAT Login ID & Password.]

SLAT Registration Fees 2023

The fee for the Symbiosis Law Admission Test (SLAT) 2023 is ₹1950. Applicants can pay their SLAT Application Form Fee through both online mode and offline modes. For offline mode, candidates need to submit a DD in favor of the 'Symbiosis Test Secretariat payable at Pune.

There is also a SLAT Registration Fee for each program of ₹1000.

SLAT 2023 Admission Process

The Symbiosis Law Admission Test SLAT 2023 is scheduled to be conducted in 2 shifts as an online computer-based exam on 6 & 14 May 2023. There are two stages of the SLAT Selection Process

First Stage: SLAT Exam 2023

Second Stage: WAT (Writing Ability Test) followed by Personal Interaction (PI)

WAT along with Personal Interaction (PI) carries a 50 percent weightage in the selection process. The PI is conducted separately by colleges. Once the SLAT Exam result is declared, the PI/ST-PI rounds begin for college allocation. The SLAT 2023 Selection Process includes the SET Law Online exam which is the first round of the SLAT Law Selection Process for admissions to BA LLB as well as BBA LLB courses. Each participating college conducts the selection process separately.

The second round comprises participating colleges conducting the PI and WAT rounds. The SLAT 2023 merit list is announced as per the overall performance.

SLAT 2023: Cut-off

The SLAT entrance examination is an entrance test that is conducted by Symbiosis International University for admission into the institutes that falls under the SIU. Every college publishes a different cutoff and has a different counselling procedure to enroll students in their courses. The participating institutes are:
