PARTICIPATING COLLEGES IN AILET
NATIONAL LAW UNIVERSITY, DELHI
National Law University, Delhi is the only College which its own entrance examination by the name AILET (All India Law Entrance Test) for the admission of students into the five year law program B.A.LLB (Hons).
ELIGIBILITY FOR AILET
Age Limit
- There will be no upper age limit for UG Programme in AILET 2023.
- The result of the qualifying examination (i.e., 10+2) shall be submitted by the candidate at the time of admission failing which the candidate shall be ineligible for admission to the Course.
Percentage of Marks
- The qualifying examination for AILET is 10+2 or an equivalent examination.
- Any candidate having a minimum of 45% in the qualifying examination is eligible to apply.
- The minimum of 40% in the qualifying examination is required to become eligible to apply for AILET for SC & ST candidates.
- The Eligibility condition for admission of students under the Foreign Nationals Category shall be 65% marks in the Higher Secondary School Examination of (10+2) system or an equivalent examination. They are exempted from taking the admission test.

Legal principles may be used in the logical reasoning section to test candidates understanding and familiarity of legal reasoning, but the examination will not require any prior knowledge of law or technical understanding of legal principles/ legal terms.

AILET 2023 APPLICATION PROCESS
- Visit the official page of National Law University, Delhi @ www.nludelhi.ac.in .
- Then click on ‘New Registration’.
- After the new registration, fill up your name, phone number, email id, etc.
- Then fill up all the details of the AILET 2023 Registration Form.
- Check all the details and click on the submit button.
- Choose the course you want to apply for and click on the apply button.
- You have to fill in the mandatory details in the application form.
- Next, click on save and continue.
- After, that you have to click on the payment process.
- After the completion of the payment, mode click on the download application.
- At last, click on download the application form for future use.
